Classic is the renowned label owned by Luke Solomon and Derrick Carter. From a quiet seaside town called Weston, Luke moved to london about a decade ago and followed his already hungry obsession with house music. After cutting his teeth on the now sadly defunkt Girls FM station. Luke with house stalwart, Kenny Hawkes set up the legendary Space night at Bar Rumba. Luke has embarked on numerous projects with producers such as Roberto Mello, Derrick Carter, Chez Damier and most recently Justin Harris under the Freaks moniiker. Derrick Carter is a resident of Chicago. He's been Dj'ing since he was in short pants. He has recorded under many different guises including Tone Theory, Sound Patrol, Rednail and most recently himself. Derrick has recorded with a number of esteemed house luminaries such as Chris Nazuka, Chez Damier, Cajmere, Mark Farina, Rob Mello and Luke Solomon. Derrick is one of the world's most respected DJ's playing all over the world.
