Kagdila Records is the treasured child of Majestical Records co-founder Shu-ki Golan. After a mutual agreement of partners to terminate the successful Majestical Records, Shuki reformed his approach and burst onto the scene with his newfound company as a label, a distributor, and a store. The name "Kagdila" dates back to a classic goa song. When Shuki first heard this Astral Projection song he repeated along with the chanting of "Kagdila" instead of "Mahadeva". The name stuck around inside his head, reminding him of the euphoric feeling of hearing a classic for the first time.
