Dmitry Almazov and Sergey Vinogradov met at an illegal rave in Moscow woodland in July of 2002, and discovered an affinity in Trance music. Ten days later they made their first track, and named it Russian Dream.
It was immediately picked up by trance DJ's in St Petersburg , the native land of Russian club culture, and in December of 2002, Sergey Pimenov (PPK), spinning at a club in St Petersburg, heard Russian Dream for the first time. He ran to the DJ booth frantically asking 'who wrote this track?!!' and was surprised that the guys were from Moscow. Upon returning to Moscow, he offered his services and a deal with his label UPLIFTO to the 2 young producers.
With a massive remix of '3 Drives-Air Traffic' under their belt, a classy remix of 'Young Parisians - Jump The Next Train' and a quality debut release 'Lazy World' on Deepblue, these are two rising Russian stars.
