DARK ELF is the solo project (dark psy and electro dub + dj-ing) of Dimitri, half french half greek and now living in Athens. Having it's own style, it can be characterized, as an atmospheric, tribal, deep and sometimes forestial form of electronic music. Dimitri used to play trumpet, and discovers sound trough technology in 2002/03, along with Andreas [Apnea], with who they hold Double Trouble project. Then along with another friend, Mario [Darkshire], they decide to found The Septagram, another side idea. When all 3 together, it is called Double Core. Other experiments are done along with good friends like Furious, Zik, Narcosis, Mind Distortion System, Dominator, Candy Power, Innersound, D.M.R., In Vitro, Acid FX, Orestis, Drury N' Evil, Netrosystem, Wee aka Dimitris Panou and Nicolas Dufour aka The Dub Wizard. Dimitri is studying sound engineering in general since 2006 @ the Reaction Studios, but likes to write this kind of music, and experiments in some other. More to come !!!
