Since 1998 Michael Abel Larsen (DJ Banel), Mikael Dahlgaard (DJ Emok) and Christian M. Jorgensen (DJ Alhad) has run the Copenhagen based Iboga Records. Recently Iboga records have been joined by Michal Sommer. The original idea was to create a platform for new upcoming Scandinavian trance acts, the idea changed a little, and we are now licensing unreleased material from all over the world. The label mainly concentrates on promoting Danish artists who are directly connected to the label; these include Reefer Decree, Beat Bizarre, Phony Orphants, Fabel, Llopis, Antix, Lurifax, Anesthesia and Audiopile. Iboga's future goal is to annually release an ambient and chill out compilation, 12 singles, 2 compilations and 2 albums.
