Uhhhm, Ok, a Biography& Let me see.. in the following piece of text, I have to tell you enough about me, so you can picture me, like you know me, or if you dont know me.. (Great sentence) Well, that shouldnt be too hard!! So, little me saw the light in Rotterdam, somewhere in the 80s (dont want to be too specific). At the age of 3 I moved to the southern part of the Netherlands to a small town called Goirle. Despite my complete family doesnt have a musical background, I thought that that had to change! So I started screaming and crying when there was no music, when I was trying to get some rest after a hard day of running around. My smart parents fixed a mobile-music thingy, which should shut me up.. And heavenly, it worked! Next thing at school, I always wanted to handle the music-devices if we had a play, a dance or just a small party (no drugs and alcohol that was, what are you thinking! We were about 7 years old man!). My lovely dad supported me by giving me some equipment to freak on. A nice mixer, 2 pitch-controlled CD-players and a cool stereo-set did the trick. So I recorded my first mixes and spread them among my friends and clubs around the hood! This resulted in my first residence at the age of 15, in a small club in Tilburg. I was free to play the music I thought the people would like, which worked quite well! A small year later I had another residence at a brand-new club in Tilburg, and later The Talk Of The Town was added to the list. I also started to cut and paste music on the computer, which resulted in my first remix I did for Southside Spinners Luvstruck (by Marco V & Benjamin Bates). Although it was just for fun, Johan Gielen picked it up and played it at major events like Trance Energy, DanceValley and Mysteryland. So eventually this caught the attraction of Marco V himself, so we held contact through the years. On my 18th, I quitted school and started a job at Freaky Records in Eindhoven. For over 4 years I sold records to bedroom DJs, and to masters like Ton T.B., Marcel Woods, Marco V, Fedde Le Grand and even hardstyle biggies like Dana, Zany and Pavo to name a few. This is where I met Boy Lamoen, which now is my producing-homie, Mario-Party rival and most of all, my big friend! We started on some tracks and finished a Tech-Trancer under the name of John Remedy. Our first track saw the light, and also the big big hands of Ti?sto! When I was 19, I got the chance to play in one of the newest, biggest clubs in Holland; The Matrixx and the Matrixx DJ Caf?, both in Nijmegen. I still play at the massive party-vibed eXXelent nights, together with soldiers like Deep Dish, Erick E, Roog and many& many lovely ladies that are shaking their asses off there! I grew along with the music that I played, which can be described best as, uhhh.. Funky, Sexy, Dirty house, with an electronic twist with a sprite of a techy-feeling.. Yeah, thats something like it! (Really, I dont like the boxes to put music in&) At this point, I often warm-up Marco Vs lovely In Charge nights among the nation in clubs like The Matrixx, Nijmegen and Winkel van Sinkel, Utrecht. In 2007 I will stand next to him a few more times ;-) In October the first Jordy Lishious tracks Raw & Slick! will be released at the mighty Big & Dirty label, which is in the hands of guru Dick de Groot. Releases by the likes of; Phunk-A-Delic (DJ Delicious & Till West), Benjamin Bates and Ricky Rivaro already did their thing before me. So thats about it right now! If there is some more news, youll be informed through this site. If youve got some questions, dont hesitate to drop a note in the guestbook, or by sending me a lovely e-mail (females may include a picture..) ! Oh my god people&. This shit is gettin Slick!
