The Trance Communication label was originally set up in the middle of 1998 to release tracks from a small group of musicians living and working in and around the Oxford area. It focuses on all aspects of Trance/Trance progressive through the beauty of Insigma and Free Radical to the tough, harder edged nature of the Geoff Lawz Project and Rapid Eye. The Trance Communications debut [HEIGHTS] by Rapid Eye Steve 'THRILLSEEKERS' Helstrip & label boss Tim Stark was released in May at the start of the European trance boom. Since then ATCR has become one of the most respected trance labels in global dance music. Originally started as a label to release remixes of old Eve Records classics, Recover Records slowly transformed itself into one of the worlds most popular hard trance labels. Some of the finest DJ's and producers of the genre have graced this label including K90, Andy Farley, Phil Reynolds, Weirdo, Tom Harding, Simon Eve and Chris Hampshire. Today the label is as much about hard dance as it is about hard trance as it stretches its musical boundaries to cover everything from techno through to hard house through to trance.
