WALSH & MCAULEY Marc Walsh & Ciaran McAuley are two Djs/producers from Belfast in N/Ireland. Since a very young age both Ciaran and Marc took to Djing as a hobby, a few years later and things are starting to look up for the Belfast lads . After Djing together a few times in the past it wasnt until April of 2006 that the pair got together in the studio to share ideas and come up with a few tracks. Their first track which came about was a euphoric trance track called Blue angels. Upon finishing the track they decided to send it out to a few djs in Northern Ireland to see how it would hold up in a club atmosphere, within a few months of handing it to the local djs it was.becoming a familiar track to the clubbers of Northern Ireland. One Dj in particular had sent Marc & Ciaran an email to congratulate them on their first track, that Dj being Chris Davis who had featured it in his December and January chart and had played the track alongside the likes of John Askew, Alex Kidd, Sander Van Door and Johan Gielan to name a few, Internationally Progressive trance Dj Niklas Harding had gave it his support. The response to the track had been great and encouraged the lads to go back to the studio and make a few more tracks, At the moment Marc & Ciaran have five tracks under their belt and have recently signed three of their tracks to Armada sub group Cloud9 music www.cloud9music.nl which are due for release in upcoming months. Things are looking good for the future of the Belfast Lads as they are spending more and more time in the studio. The latest of thier productions sees THE THINGS WE ARE getting the first ever release on thier own label SkyeBlue Records with a rocking remix from fellow irish producer Craze C.
