Kryptum is a nocturne psytrance project based in Portugal. Claustrophobic ambiances, mysterious melodies and strange sound synthesis are some elements featured in these compositions. The objective is to show to the listener that mind can be a pandora box. Claudio became interested in music in his early years of living. He got into the metal scene and at the same time he was taking the first steps into the electronic sound world,with bands like the prodigy or FLA. The natural development took him to the psytrance addiction, but since his early beginnings he preferred more the tracks with a deep and weird direction. Quickly he understood the capabilities of the synthetizer, which led him to explore the electronic sonority and leave the guitar for a while. Tracks under different names were made, and Kryptum project was created, after a selection of inspirational factors collected until now. We started D-A-R-K, with the most important aim being to stay versatile; to release music that is both original and different within the catalog. We do not like style confines and we do not like categorization of art, so we took it upon ourselves to have the most diversified artists we were able to find. What we also want to represent is personality and individuality in music. We feel that today, music that is original transpires with the artist's personality, uniqueness and style.
