Elevation Records was founded in April 2002 by Kevin Meade AKA Oceanforce. The debut release (Euphoric Dream/Energy Flow) proved to be hugely popular at Radio 1 where Judge Jules played it three times on his show and also charted it 2 weeks in succession. Paul van Dyk also featured Euphoric Dream in many of his sets and amazingly included it in his Essential Mix in July 2002 at the Berlin Loveparade, which was live on Radio 1! Many of the UK top jocks such as Tiesto, John Kelly, Scott Bond, Matt Hardwick and Dan Bailey played it at various clubs in and around the UK. Almost all the releases since the debut have been cained by many of the top jocks such as Tiesto, Armin, Ferry Corsten and Dave Pearce who himself has supported several releases on his highly acclaimed Dance Anthems show on Radio 1! 2006 will prove to be a very busy year for Elevation Records since we have signed several tracks by new artists in order to develop some of the excellent up and coming talent that is out there. The next few months will see the label raising its profile in the UK and abroad.
