Defcon Autumn Sampler 2011

Up first is a collab between Defcon favourite Ronny K. and Ladislav Utratil aka Laucco. Dedicated to the victims of the Japanese tsunami from earlier this year, Better Tomorrows is an emotional, melancholy affair that still manages to be uplifting.

Newcomer to the label Adnan Abdagic aka Cart brings us his debut Defcon release with Port Of Sorrow. This is an upbeat, melodic affair, with classical influences and a tough bassline complimenting an infectious lead riff.

Rounding things off is a single from another Defcon regular Magdelayna, with his track Ferrybridge Symphony. This is an epic landscape of a track that builds and develops with film dialogue, intricate synth and arp-work throughout.
