Feathers of Scale

Fresh off his release with Chris Sterio, Sean McClellan is back at the helm with his Feathers of Scale EP. He keeps really nice continuity through all 3 tracks on the release giving us a very nice package. Feathers of Scale is pumped full of hypnotizing bass that'll just make you shake what the good Lord gave you. With thick, housie stabs that play well of the funky bassline and swelling pads, this track will grab you and suck you in. Full Circle is a straight up progressive house track with a throbbing bassline. Definitely good fodder for the earlier portion of a peak-time set. The Hop is a wonderful change of pace and rounds out the EP beautifully. Its an electro house track bordering on progressive house at times. A tricky intro gives rise to great retro synths and bassline keep this song bouncing around your head.
