Obsession E.P

Save You bring the funk to the label with this release from the young and super talented producers Zumo. This duo from the UK have already have a string of quality originals and remixes on labels such as Hypercolour, Flumo and Landed Records and Save You are delighted to welcome them to the team.

'Obsession' leads the release as a deep slice of sex funk. Not sure what sex funk is but it sounds about right for this track. Deep spacey pads and vocals build the track to a locked in groove pushed and pulled by a heavy piano notes.

'Down with Love' is a deep, trippy and edgy affair where the vocals and music combine perfectly to create a unique late night groover. The bleepy lead works off the snare and claps to create track that will no doubt have the club rocking back and forth. The vocals definitely have the right tone to get the ladies in the mood for some late night lovin' too.

The third track on the E.P welcomes one of our favorite UK producers and live performers, Tom Demac, to the label for the first time. Tom's a creative blighter and his re-work of Obsession ups the funk and groove to full on party peak-ness using additional vocals and percussion to suburb effect.
