Shattered

This is the first promo for Sorcery Records' new sub-label 'Dark Energy' and it is the first release on Sorcery for the DJ/ Producer Brad Ashtar. We hope you will like what you hear. Brad kicks off this Tech Trance track with techy beats, bass kicks and edgy synths. The main riff is woven into these textured sounds and atmospheres laden with reverb and delay,decaying in the breakdown. For the final part of this atmospheric Original Mix, the riff returns in a darker more threatening style with detuned synths, saw sounds and drum rolls. This is an exciting release for a newcomer on the Music scene. The First Remix has been put together by Tech producer Bilal el Aly. Initially lighter in style, Bilal uses a bass for rhythm and introduces unusual sounds before the breakdown. A distorted synth and clever use of filters and FX leads into the main body of the track which has a dark, techy vibe. The Second and final Remix comes from Ikerya Project, another producer who enjoys a techy vibe. Slower than the Original Mix and Bilal's remix ,this track has a kick drum and techy rhythmic bassline, but it has a dark and edgy feel present throughout. Ikerya Project cleverly uses granular synths, FX and filters to maximise the tension in the breakdown and the main part of the track. This is Ikerya Project at his best and it is a solid remix.

The final remix comes from Ancient Mind. More gentle in style and slower in pace, Ancient Mind has created a more reflective and atmospheric track where stabby synths carry the main riff of the track over an orchestral background Thank you for listening to this promo.
